About Dr. Onyirimba
Dr. Faustinus C. Onyirimba is a Board Certified Physician who specializes in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He is a partner at Northeastern Pulmonary Associates, where he and his staff serve the residents of Northeastern Connecticut and neighboring communities.
After completing his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Connecticut Health Center in Farmington, CT, Dr. Onyirimba went on to complete Fellowship training in Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
Dr. Onyirimba is an accomplished Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine and at Quinnipiac University where he is involved in the teaching of rotating medical students and residents at Manchester Memorial Hospital and its affiliate, Rockville General Hospital.
He is the president of COMM International, an organization involved in providing medical care to indigent patients in underserved communities of Guatemala and Peru. He is currently serving as the Chairman of Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine at Eastern Connecticut Health Network, and is a member of the American Thoracic Society and American College of Chest Physicians.
